*  Polish PERMANENT Yacht Registration – for life


 The registration process does not require too much paperwork, no survey is needed and it is valid for life! This is an actual flag registration and as Poland is an full European Union member, it is valid all over the world. Registration is possible for EU Citizens. If you are not an EU citizen, we will setup an UK LTD. for you so you can transfer the ownership of your vessel into a new dormant (sleeping) UK Limited company in the name of the owner, who will be listed as the only shareholder and director of the company. In this way, you are not depending on anybody else but yourself.

For private yacht owners, a yacht survey is never required which is also a big advantage which saves you a lot of money.
If you want to  register your boat/yacht with the commercial purpose, we’ll need to contact with one of the Maritime Offices in Poland for issuing a safety card.
We can register your vessel within 6+ weeks, if you have provided us with the requested documents.

Pleasure Registration under Polish flag

To arrange registration we will require:

  • Certificate of withdrawal,
  • CE Declaration or any other document that confirms ship’s length, beam and other specifications with what you fill the forms,
  • Contracts for engine and vessel in an original form, not in a copy. If it happens to be a copy it needs to be verified by a public notary,
  • Filled application forms / which we send  you

All documents have to be translated into Polish and originals or legalised originals have to be send with the application request (this service is included in the price)

The purchase documents and filled forms in original need to be sent to us via post. The same with the other documents.
The only confirmation of an inspection should it go through is the one that confirms ship’s length, beam, hull’s material, hull number.

The registration is for life , unless you decide that you want to de-register or sell your boat/vessel.

Also available for commercial yacht owners

Did you know the Polish boat registration is also available for commercial yachts and for the same price as for a pleasure boat registration? When using your boat commercially and if your boat is under 15 meters, you do not require a yacht survey or safety certificate. PRICE depend form the boat/yacht length:

Length till 7.00 meter = € 450

Length from 7.00 to 12 meter = € 650

Length from 12.00 to 24 meter = € 650

and It's valid FOR LIFE !
